My Hobby

Hi I am Fatimah khairunissa. I am taking faculty of management at Gunadarma University. Why I chose to faculty of management? Since I aspire to be an owner of a restaurant. And management is the science that I would use in my business.

Because in management science I could become an owner who understands the business that I live, both in the internal or external management.

Now i want to tell about my hobby. Many activities that I do as my hobby. And i want story telling about my hobbies.

Firts hobbies is cooking. I was very happy when being in the kitchen and experiment with dishes than reading textbooks :D. In a making the dishes, I am interested to be able to cook archipelago cuisine, especially Sundanese food. Because I am a Sundanese. But in the process archipelago cuisine is very difficult, because of the many spices used in composition of archipelago cuisine. Therefore, for the moment I am more often cook western food. Because western cuisine easier and simpler in the process of cooking. Such as: sandwiches, omelet, etc. And Italian-style dishes, such as pasta. I make a menu of fried rice. It was called nemo fried rice. I gave the name "nemo fried rice" because experiments fried rice I did, rice into a round shape like a nemo, so cute and yummy.

Second hobbies is culinary. That's because I like to eat. Because foods has a lot of satisfaction. Both satisfaction to the stomach, tongue, and foods can also improve mood. In my culinary hobby, I've made a list of restaurants and foods I wanted to visit and recommendation to the all culinary. This  hobby more fun when done with friends fun or family

Third hobbies is traveling. Although the list that I want to visit very much and who have reached until  1% of the list (so sad and wanna to get it all 100%), but every journey is a experience as precious to be an exciting journey.

I have a list from all place that i want to visit. From the list that i want to visit the first time where i want  visit it's all indonesian archipelago (rich in culture and so beauty), second list to the holy land of Mecca. And I hope to be able to visit all that exist in the list that I have created.

Fourth hobbies is space out, it's a nice thing when someone takes serenity (for me). Probably because I prefer to be in a place that is not crowded.

Hobbies are activities which help us escape the daily grind of life and work and give us pleasure and peace of mind. Because we are not being ordered to perform certain jobs which we may not be fond of, hobbies help to inculcate an appreciation for work rather than driving us away from it.

The interesting thing about hobbies is that they dramatically improve our own personalities and character traits, therefore improving our performances better on the whole. They help us discover talents and abilities which we may never have known ourselves to possess also giving us an insight of all the elements around us, making us learn new things each day
